How does the XenVoice Trial Period Works?
Get the most out of your trail period. It's pretty simple. It is of 7 days where you can experience the quality of outgoing calls.
Here, you can make up to 100 minutes of free outgoing calls across any network in the USA. Once you Signup for a trial period, your account will be allocated with a default "000" extension to make calls.
If you decide to sign up for a plan during your free trial, then you can do so by purchasing a number of your choice.
How to Cancel your account during trial period ?
If you want to cancel your account during your free trial and you haven't selected a pricing plan, then you don't need to take any action. Your account will be frozen and you won't be charged for anything when your trial expires.
If you choose a pricing plan before the end of your free trial, then you need to contact our support team.
How to buy a Number During or after the trial period?
It is simple, you just have to select "Buy" where it prompts you to add your card and once that is authorized you can buy numbers/extensions of your choice.
Test your Incoming call:
You must be curious to know how your incoming call works as you cannot receive any calls during your trial period. You just have to click on "Test Incoming call" in account settings and it gives you a preview of the incoming call.
How to Dial out: Just click on dialpad icon and dial the number. Same applies in Mobile app too..!!
