Users can get notified of their post call events such as the complete details of their completed calls, missed calls, voicemails and disconnected calls on multiple channels such as Skype, Slack, and WhatsApp.
How to Enable Completed Call Notifications?
Click on the Post Call tab from the Events section
When, you click on the button, it will be redirected to the page as shown below:
Select the ‘When a call is completed’ tab
When you click on it, a new slide will appear on the right side of the application as depicted below.
- Select your desired channel/s from the list of options to enable notifications.
- Enter your Webhook URL
- Select Zapier Integrations
- Enter Email Id/s
- Click on the Save button to save the changes
Note: User can enable notifications to any one or all of the given channels.
