Under the Post Call Events feature, users can get notified of their post call events as well as sent and received message details to their mails, channels and webhook.
How to get notification for completed call?
- Go to Number Settings section.
- Click on the Post Call Events tab.
- Select When a call is completed option.
- Select your desired channel from the list of options to receive notification.
- Enter your Webhook Url.
- Select Integration.
- Enter your Email ID/ address.
- Click on the Save button.
