Call Settings allow users to choose various settings with respect to the incoming call made by the business contacts or customer prospects. You can see Call settings feature under Number Settings by clicking on the Account icon ( On the extreme top right side icon of the page).
Ring Mobile App
By clicking on Ring Mobile App option, the user can perform below actions.
- On the right side panel, select the time limit from the drop down for your mobile to ring.
- If the call is not answered in the above time limit, you can select a voicemail/greeting to play.
- In the second drop down, select the greeting that you wish to play if the calls goes unanswered.
- Click on the Save button to ensure that the changes are applied.
