Call Settings allow users to choose various settings with respect to the incoming call made by the business contacts or customer prospects. Note that XenVoice provides the flexibility of choosing each number with unique call settings. You can get Call settings feature under Number Settings by clicking upon the Account icon.
Ring Mobile App
By clicking upon Ring Mobile App option, the user can perform several actions as described below.
- Click upon Ring Mobile APP for drop-down box to set the time limit for the phone to ring ranging from 10 seconds to 40 seconds as shown below.
- Select a specific greeting from the Play Greeting drop-down menu to greet the callers.
- Click upon the Save button to ensure that the changes are applied.
