Managing multiple users through XenVoice account is easily possible with available Users menu.
Process to Add a User:
- Click on the Add User (Users) option from the Account Settings menu.
- Click the Add icon from the top right side corner to create a new user.
- Enter the email address of the user in the Email field.
- Enter a unique username choosing the Username field.
- Set a password in the Password field.
- Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field
- Click upon the Save button.
When you click on the save button, you’ll be notified with newly created User details.
- Recheck Email & Username
- Enter desired Password in the given field
- Confirm Password
- Assign a desired Number, Extension or/and Fax to the user
- Click on Save button to save the changes
Note: Click on Delete button to delete the user permanently.
