Managing multiple users through XenVoice account is easily possible with available Users menu.
Check Your Users
- Click on the Settings icon from the top right corner of your screen.
- Check for the Manage section and click on Users tab under it.
Process to Add a User:
- Click on the “+” option in the users tab.
- Enter the First Name and Last Name in the given fields.
- Enter a unique username choosing the Username
- Enter the email address of the user in the Email
- Set a password in the Password
- Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field
- Click on the Save
When you click on the save button, you’ll be notified with newly created User details.
- Recheck Email & Username
- Enter desired Password in the given field
- Confirm Password
- Assign a desired Number, Extension or/and Fax to the user
- Click on Save button to save the changes
Note: Click on Delete button to delete the user permanently.
